Hi Experts,

Can we block incoming call form specific number or can we route the call to voicemail?

Scenario is If I am receiving the call from suppose (012)-(3456789) extension, then is it possible to block only above number?

Here we need to block only 3456789 extension while 012 std code will still be allowed.

Please help if we can do so.

Hi

One more link for you

http://www.netcraftsmen.com/cisco-cucm-blocking-calls-by-calling-party-number-id/

Hello,

I configured the CUCM as the documentation explain, but the call is not blocked.

There is any other CUCM parameter that can change the "Route Next Hop By Calling Party Number" function?

____

I created:

PT-incoming-blacklist Inbound calls
PT-BlackList Partition for Black List numbers

CSS:
CSS-H9J-BR-BLACKLIST
PT-BLACKLIST

CSS-H9J-BR-GATEWAY-FORBLACKLIST
PT-incoming-blacklist

Fist translation for incoming calls:

"!" - Partition - PT-incoming-blacklist
CSS: CSS-H9J-BR-BLACKLIST
Route Next Hop By Calling Party Number-Checked

Translation for non bloqued numbers
"!" - PT-Black-List
CSS: CSS-FOR-DNS
Route Next Hop By Calling Party Number-UNChecked

Translation for Block CPN
11!
Partition - PT-BLACKLIST
CSS: none
Block Pattern: Number Changed

But the call always reach the DN and rings.

_______

    Thanks a lot

Did you get this to work? I'm having the same issue. Thanks

For me it worked only if I created TP like \+! instead of just !. I have CUCM 11.5 SU1.

HI Irusanu77,

I tried do this configuration too, but I failed.

You don´t used the ! because this Callmanager version don´t allow start an translation with !, correct?

Best Regards,
