Nessus Scan "stopping" Call Manager

Have customers running various versions of Call Manager (3.3.3 to 4.1.3) that are reporting to me that when they have their security group do a Nessus scan of their servers, that they will loose their Call Manager Connections from the Phones for a "short" period of time. Even though CSA is install.

Any one know why this might be happening? And is there a fix to this.

We had similar issue when port scanner would kill DC directory service (ccm 3.34). Cisco could not find a solution so we configured not to scan CCM.
