New 7941s Verifying Load takes 30 minutes

New 7941 connected to network shows Verifying Load for 20 minutes, not all 7941s are doing this, some come right up. Callmanager 4.1(3)SR2 with Device Package 26.

I suspect the 7941 is doing a application upgrade during the 20 minutes? Why only show "Verifying Load" why not the old "Upgrading Application" message?

What is the current firmware running on the 41's ? Its unusual to verify load for 20 minutes.

Try to download the latest 8.0.2 load. Testing with only 1 IP phone which is failing.

Will be great if you turn on TFTP detailed traces and verify which are the files the Phone is requesting.

Sniffer trace will be more helpful.
