Can someone advise me if the images in the 3.0(11)A service pack include SRST support.

No, they don't. I think there is a plan to provide SRST loads that have the fix but I am not yet positive of that.

I am using 3.010 with a 4224 utilizing SRST. I would think that 3.011 also supports it.
