I have set up two 7960 phones, one at a remote office in Arkansas and one in Tampa where our network is. I can use my extension and call the remote phone and hear the person and have a conversation. When they try to call a specific phone in Tampa (25443) they get connected but no audio. The same goes from 25443 to 25434(Arkansas). Yet from the Arkansas phone, they can dial anyone else on our network fine. I am getting the G.729 codec when I cal the m and when they call Tampaand I have them in their own region and device pool.. Suggestions would be helpful

Need More information on how the dial-peers to the PSTN are set up.
Also make sure you have the
Voice rtp send-recv
command on both routers.
Is it no audio at all or just one-way audio.
Good Luck

Our security group had the segment of one of the phones blocked.
