When somebody is calling to 4-channel IP AutoAttendant (standard IVR script aa.aef) and is choosing "1" to switch to specific directory number (to specific IP Phone) the call is switched corretly but user on calling side hear "silence" (no ring-back tone) when call is in progress. This is of course confused ('death air"). I used IP Phone's 7910 and 7940. How to switch on ring-back tone.
Thanks for any sugestions !!!

When I experienced this TAC had me enter the global config command "voice call send-alert". It got the job done.
Hope this helps.
