I have one customer running CCM 3.3.4 when a call is transfered does not hear the ringing tones after the second hit of the transfer key, but the call is good.
this is the sequence
A calls B and connects, B hits the transfer button, A hears MOH, once B dialed the new number hits transfer again, A hears nothing until the call is answered.
this is only happening with one customer, other customers ok, I cannot find any relevent parameters to setup in the CCM.
anybody got any ideas?

Hi,
the CallManagerService Parameter "Send H225 User Info Message :" should be "User Info for Ring-back Tone".
Send H225 User Info Message : This parameter specifies whether Cisco CallManager sends H225 user information message or H225 information message. The valid values follow:
-- No Ring-back: H225 user information message or H225 information message does not get sent to IOS gateway to play ring-back tone and the Tone-on-Hold
-- User Info for Ring-back Tone: Send H225 user information message to IOS gateway to play ring-back tone and the Tone-on-Hold
-- H225 Info for Ring Back: H225 information message get sent to IOS gateway to play ring-back tone and the Tone-on-Hold
Cisco CallManager version 3.1 does not have the support for the H225 Information message, so choose option - 'User Info for Ring Back Tone', if you are using inter-cluster trunks and any of the clusters are running Cisco CallManager version 3.1 or earlier. However, if all of the clusters are running Cisco CallManager 3.2(2a) or a later release, you can choose option - 'H225 Info for Ring Back'.
This is a required field.
Default: User Info for Ring-back Tone

Mehmet,
Thanks for your input, that was the problem it was set to No ring-back, so changed to H225 info for ring-back. I am sure I checked this paremeter before,
anyway thanks again.
Richard.
