Softkey template order

If I don't have a softkey template defined for a phone, but I do have one defined for the phone's device pool, will the phone use the softkey template from the device pool. If different softkey templates are assigned at the device pool and the phone, which is used?

I tried to find some documentation to verify it, but was unable to do so. I believe your assumption is correct, and with pretty much other things, the setting on the phone takes precedence in this case.

Some things work the other way around, for example, the last calling party mask takes precedence, not the phone, but rather the route group config in the route list.

The best would be to test it out. Should be easy enough.
