Does anyone have any info on this new feature of callmanager? I have been getting conflicting reports on whether or not you need a monitoring station for this plug in. If info would be appreciated.

You know, I've heard some rumors about that as well, but I haven't seen much about it. Hopefully, someone from Cisco can give us a definitive answer?

It may have changed, but I believe the plan is to bundle the headless agent with CallManager 3.3(3). Being a headless agent, it will provide all the security benefits of a fully managed solution. The difference is that the headless agent doesn't have any reporting capabilities. The option to upgrade to a fully managed agent will be available.
