I was wondering if there is a way to set a monthly Calendar schedule for after hours on-call times 5pm-7am i.e. Jon Doe is on-call 1/24/22 12:00am until 1/30/22 11:59PM all calls for 513-555-1234 (helpdesk line) are forwarded to 513-555-5678 (Jon Doe's line) and Sally Smith is on-call 1/31/22 12:00am until 2/6/22 11:59PM all calls for 513-555-1234 (helpdesk line) are forwarded to 513-555-1212 (Sally Smith's line) and so on (There are only 4-5 of us on call and we each take a week). The way I see this is picking a date range and time range with different forward #'s. Possible? I currently stay up Sunday night and change the fowarding number to mine at 12am Monday or I wake up just before 12am and change it. - Thanks

I could see setting up a set of translation patterns in time-scheduled partitions to have the helpdesk number be translated into the on-call cell phone numbers. You'd have to update the schedules each month to keep everything straight, but it could work.
