On Hold can hear conversations

I have a customer use CM 4.0 that has an intermitant problem, when a caller is placed on hold they sometimes can hear confrence call that are currently ongoing.

This does not happen all the time and its not during any type of peak periods but msoly in the morining.

Is you MoH multicast?

Do you have anything doing multicast confrencing, presentations, iptv?

Are they using the same address space. This could explain why it would be intermittent, and why they would hear the presentation or conference.

Not sure about the MOH but I will find out.

Yes they do have multicast confrencing and IPTV and doe extensive video confrencing at multiple sights.
