During the opening greeting when a caller dials the extension of a subscriber, the call goes directly to voicemail and not does not ring the subscribers' phones. This happens on all the subscribers. This installation less than 2 months old and we are running CCM 3.3(2) and Unity 4.0.3.
Any suggestions for a resolution?

Have you checked the call transfer settings for each subscriber? By default Unity is set to transfer directly to the subscribers greeting, and not the extension.

If the call transfer is set to Yes, ring subs Xtn, are there any keystokes that the caller can then enter to override this and transfer the call directly to the subs greeting without have to change the call transfer settings on the sub account?
Cheers,
NJ.

There're these:

Otherwise all the caller hears is "Please wait while I transfer your call. They'll have to wait for a ring no answer or ring no busy situation to get to the mailbox. That's if you leave the "yes, ring subscriber's extension" setting activated.
