I have an Option 81 with release 25.3 and a cisco call manager running 3.3.2 The gateway is running 12.2.15T2 . The option 81 is setup as sl100 the gateway is dms100
When making a call either to or from a call manager phone, channels on the PRI frequently lockup on the call manager side. based on Q931 debugs in the router, it appears that If call manager sees anything except the following cause code it will not use the channel again.
Cause i = 0x8090 - Normal call clearing
even if the following cause code is sent, the channel is locked
Cause i = 0x8190 - Normal call clearing
obviously, after 23 calls, I run out of channels. Has anyone run into this before? I have a sneaking suspision that I have an IE setting wrong, but I'm not really sure.

I ended up upgrading to a newer version of call manager and it was resolved. It really was the bug listed in the post just before yours.

what ccm version did u upgrade to?
