Hello,

where is the personal address book stored in CCM?

A customer has installed a new CCM, now he wants to copy the old PAB entries of the users to the new CCM. Its only a test server so he didn´t want to update it.

Achim,

The data is stored in the DCD directory under Directory -> cisco.com -> CCN -> user_info -> [username]_info -> FastDialEntries and PersonalAddressBook. You can view the information through the DC Directory Administrator.
