We have PA integrated with Callmanager 4.1 it worked fine. Recent the wildcards configured in Call Manager don't work anymore. The interceptorports with the wildcards (48XX) don't intercept a pa user anymore. When we create a route point with the exact phonenumber such as 4812 and we configure it as a interceptor port in pa it works fine but it doesn't work with wildcard 48XX. Can anyone help me?

have you restarted CCM service? what are the results of the ccm traces?

I would check partitions and CSS's that you have configured. If you added a partition to a CSS that includes both the phone and the wildcard, the phone will be picked. For PA Managed phones, most devices should not be able to call it directly, they should hit the route point, and the route point has the CSS to call the PA managed phones.

What do you have for the employee's CSS? They should not have the PA Managed partition. The rest of the config looks fine.
