Hi, I would like to configure diferent ringback on my phone. for example: if I have a "busy trigger = 2" first call will have a diferent ringback that second one.

How can I do that?

this cannot be done as you are requesting.

you can only configure ringtones on a per line basis. (not on a per call basis)

if you use a single line to receive two calls, they will both have the same ringtone played.

you can have a second line on the same phone with a different ring tone.

(this could be a rollOver line to accomodate what you are attempting to achieve)

When your "busy trigger = 2" it will continue to call you back even though the person is on the phone. you would have to set the phone setup with a single line apperance and change your "busy trigger = 1".

In your currenct config the phone will continue to call you back because it has the second line available.
