We are in need a list of all the phone we have in Call Manager and what type of phone it is. We are using Call Manager 3.2. Is there a way to pull out the list of phones and type?
Sure. All you need to do is go into SQL and export the Device table and typeModel table. The Device table will list every device that CCM knows about and the typeModel table will provide the key to deciphipering the Model field from the Device table.
