Phones lock up when service key pressed when off hook

Ive got a CallManager 3.3.3 with berbee server off it and when a user picks up the handset of the phone and presses the services key the phone locks up for about 15 minutes.

If the services key is pressed with the phone on hook then all works OK.

Anyone come across this before and know of a fix?

For 7905/7912 phones, upgrade your phone load to 4.0.0

This will not occur with Call manager 3.3.4 too.

Thanks mmellet.

Im going to check out if there are any 7912 phones on site and test. However, the majority of phones on this site are 7940s and 7960s. Any other ideas as we still dont have a solution?
