I can not capture calls of CP-9971 SIP from CP-6941 SCCP.
All settings are ok, call pickup on CP-7940 or CP-7960 is working fine, but while CP-9971 is ringing, i can`t do capture call on CP-6941.
Does anyone know of any limitations of CP-6941catch calls from CP-9971 SIP.

Hi all,
i have the same issue with CME 8.6 and SIP to SCCP and also the other direction.
Use 9951 and 7965 for testing.
Is it possible to create one pickup group that contains SIP and SCCP phones?
Dose anybody have a working configuration for it or is it not supported?
Best regards
Franz

That is not supported. SIP phones cannot pickup calls ringing on SCCP phones.
Another consequence of Cisco introduction of SIP-only phones.

Can anyone confirm that this is still the case in CME9.1 please? SCCP endpoint cannot pickup a call ringing on a 8961 SIP endpoint, despite the same pickup-group being specified?
Thanks.

SIP phones have many limitation and I'm afraid, most will remain over time.

As above: there is no fix, complain to Cisco.
