PLAR on E1 CAS

I have a E1 CAS regsitered as an H323 gateway in CUCM 11.5.

I need to configure a PLAR from on of my extension to a mobile number.

I already created a translation pattern, a route pattern and relative partitions and css.

Now the problem is, whenever I lift the handset I can see the mobile number dialed as desired but no response on the phone.

I debugged it on the gateway, I found the cause as Disconnect Cause=42.

I cannot understand the issue.

PLAR is perfectly working if I'm configuring as an internal extension, but the mobile number in PLAR is not working.

Kindly suggest.

Hi, 

The cause code 42 -  Switching equipment congestion.  can you verify where the error and release coming from? is it from gateway or service provider.  generally, this may be a problem with your service provider. But detailed logs will help us to suggest further. 

 

you can enable debug ccapi inout and check the logs or attach the log with this thread.
