Hi,
We've issue for a particular site in a cluster where play on phone is function for entire users, it throws the below error when a user click the play on phone in his outlook.
" The Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging service cannot be contcated to play messages on your phone. Try again later. If problem continues , contact your Exchange administrator or support organisation".
I asked a user to capture logs from wireshark attached them but am unable to find something related, if someone investigate & reply highly appreciated.
PLAY ON PHONE WORKS IN WEBMAIL.
Attached the capture, the exchange IP is 162.116.108.47
CUCM Version: 7.1.5, Exchange 2007
