Hi,
I have a Polycom H323 phone
I add this phone as a H323 client in the Cisco Call Manager 4.1
The Cisco IP phone Registered to this call manager can call the h323 phone ,but the h323 phone is not able to call the Cisco IP phone(sccp).Once I enter the digits it waits for some time and then gives busy tone.
Any clue if this setup should work ?

This can be a codec mismatch between the SCCP phone and the H.323 phone.

is the h.323 phone using a gatekeeper? Is it setup to go to the ccm when you dial? My guess is form the description that the phone is not sending an h.323 setup to the ccm. This should work. It is an h.323 phone, but it is very similiar to an h.323 gw. This should work for audio and video (if this is a video phone).
