poor line condition out of memory (older Brother fax machine)

Having an issue fax outbound from 4 older Brother fax machines to other fax machines. The fax machines are connected to VG350 using MGCP gateway to CUCM.  Faxes from other fax machines connected to this VG work fine.  A handshake is made but drops after about 10 seconds with error "poor line condition out of memory".

Do you have FXO or PRI terminating off of the MGCP GW ?

Have you checked your PRI circuits ? Do they have slips ?

Not seeing any issues with the PRIs and the problem happens every attempt.

What is the fax protocol in use ? Attach a "show run" from both gateways. Attach a "show controller t1/e1" (depending on which one you using) from the PSTN GW.
