Preserving original called number for VM when routing to HuntGroup member.

When attendant console operators are logged out, calls have been configured to be routed to a night service DN in the huntgroup.

The problem is that night service DN CFN is routed to VM associated with it, instead of going to the original called party VM, the Huntgroup Pilot. It is as though the original called number is not preserved.

Any ideas, has anybody seen this behaviour before.

Make sure that you configure voice mail for each directory number that is accessible by the attendant. If you do not, the attendant cannot forward calls to voice mail. More information can be found here:
