Hello everybody,
I would change ths logo on a 7911 too, but it's not working with a Call Manager version 5.1(3)
I've doing all the stuff described on the document http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/7906g_7911g/5_1/sip/english/administration/guide/1106cst.html, but the new logo doesn't appear on the user background configuration menu.
I've create the 2 PNG file with the correct dimensions, change the list.xml file, copy the 3 files on the Desktops\95x34x1 directory, reset the TFTP service...
Can anyone help me please???

make sure everything is as specified in the doc, this config is Case Sensitive and won't work if for example the name is image.PNG and you use image.png in the List.xml file
are the images on the TFTP server that the 7911 is looking at?

PROBLEM RESOLVED
I've find where the problem was:
When you download the Files on the TFTP server, you need to put them on the Desktops/95x34x1, and not on the Desktops\95x34x1
