We are using a DMM version 5.0.0 and created video files in Adobe Premier CS4. I have saved different file versions ( mpeg1, mpeg2, mpeg2 DVD, Flv) but to no success, could not get it to work on our system. Is there a specific way to save files in this version (CS4)of Premier?

Maria,
What device are you going to use the video content for?
Digital Media Players(DMPs) or Video Portal?
Check out the following Cisco link:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/video/digital_media_systems/dms_compat.html
The Link goes over all supported media types.
Also, Adobe's Link.
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/405/kb405978.html
You can use the two links to cross reference the file formats that are available to
the ones you need for DMS content.

We are using DMP. I have tried the different file formats listed (mpeg1, mpeg 2) but it did not work.

* Open the exported Adobe mpeg2 file in VLC (videolan.org).
* Select the video in VLC in the playlist
* Select WINDOW-->Media Information--> Codec Details
Please upload screen shot or paste the the codec details
for both streams to the forum.
Thanks
