Problem whith extension 7914

When using the table of extension 7914 is not possible to configure the buttons individually to allow the transference of calls for the branches associates without the necessity to type the numbers.

Wilson,

Transfer is not an option on an IP phone button template. You can associate a speed dial to a button, so when you hit the transfer softkey then you hit the speed dial button with the number you want to transfer to.

It's always good to post your CCM version along with your posts since different versions have different features or ways to do things.
