Hi Everybody,
I have a problem with an ATA 186 running the MGCP image - I can't get a dial-tone, access the IVR or get the function button to light. However, I can access the web management page without any problems so the device is alive in some form at least.
Cisco's troubleshooting seems to suggest that now is the time to call TAC - has anybody else had the same problem? Is there anything I can do, or is it likely my unit is faulty?

I have maybe a dozen of these units, and had the same problem on 5 of them. Call TAC for an RMA, if it is still under Smartnet. These things seem to die quite often.
