Hi all,
This is a new installation of CUBAC 8.0.3 version
The CUCM is 7.1(5) version
All services are running on CUCM - CTI Manager and Cisco Call Manager Attendant Console Server
I had create an Application User - User Group with the all CTI roules.
I added it to Standard superuser
When i try to install CUBAC on PC Window server 2008 (with ISS, TSP, etc)
at windows to insert IP address of CUCM port 443 username and password when i click next i have this error :
UNABLE TO CONNECT to CUCM
Do u have any idea to solve this problem ?
Thanks

Check to see if the Cisco AXL Web Service is running on CUCM. You do not need the Cisco Call Manager Attendant Console Server service; this is the old product that was replaced by the CUxAC products.

The address of the Windows CUxAC server.

I have activaded the Cisco AXL Web Service and now the installation start.
Only one question: which IP address I need to insert in the field about "Cisco Attendant Console Server" ?
The IP of Windows 2008 server or IP of CUCM (MCS) ?
Thanks in advance.
