Getting random dead air calls on CCS trunks. Tampa Rtr is a 7206 Rls 12.23 and Miami rtr is 3745 Rls 12.2.(8r) T2. Calls going to Miami get ISDN info, CLID etc. but called party and calling party cannot hear each other. replaced DSP's on VWIC card and PBX tech's turning down T-1 circuits individually to verify where issue may be.
Any ideas would be appreciated. This is effecting call center calls..

This could be many things but I would do a "debug voice rtp packet" debug on the router and see if you are getting a similar amount of RX (recieved) and TX (transmitted) RTP packets. This could be a routing issue and the packets between the router and the phone are not making it. The CallManager might be able to connect to both the phone and the router(gateway) so call will be established but the voice packets route directly from the phone to the gateway and thus a routing issue would cause silence even though call control is working.

No Call Maanger in this scenario. We are having the CCS trunks transport calls to Nortel PBX and voice mail system. Nortel phones at each end.
