I'm playing around with the IP Phone agent & I have it apparently logging in -- it accepts the user's ID, password, and extension (and tells me when I do it wrong so I am reasonably sure its working) -- and takes me to a screen that has 2 options -- Ready and Logout. When I pick READY -- it gives me a screen that prompts me to resynchronize your agent state -- and if I select it, takes me right back to the login screen...
has anyone seen this behavior before, am i missing something obvious?
