Dear friends :
Sometimes our AS5300 shows the next message on the log : %SCHED-2-EDISMSCRIT: Critical/high priority process ISDN L2D SRQ Process may not dismiss.At this moment the active voice calls are lost.
Any idea to solve this problem ?

Looks like are running into a known bug, CSCdr55587.
You can view this from the bug toolkit:
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/Bugtool/launch_bugtool.pl
It has been resolved in newer versions of IOS. Upgrade the router and this symptoms should be solved.
