Proxy commn betwn Cisco Gatekeeper & LMS(Micrsosoft)??

I have been advised that a 2600 Router running the right IOS revision would provide SIP and H323 proxy communication to LCS?

1. Can someone confirm this is indeed correct?

2. How is this done?

3. Can you provide a sample config. of the required equipment to do so if possible
