PSTN messages are not delivered to our messages boxes. Inside messages are routed quickly to our MWI while messages from the PSTN are not delivered untill the next day. We are using 2 inhouse exchange servers. has any one seen this problem

This is usually caused by an Exchange MTA failure of sorts rather that a failure of Unity.
Unity sends all of the messages from non-subscribers through a mailbox that is homed on its local Exchange server. If you look in the event log on the Exchange servers you will most likely see MTA and RPC errors. Further more, if you check the MTA queue you will see the messages stacked up waiting to be delivered. Microsoft does a very good job or documenting these errors at http://support.microsoft.com.

Yes, the messages are queued in the MTA on the exchange server. But now it looks like its a WINS problem. The servers are not replicating with WINS. when you force it you clear out the MTA queue. Is this any relation to CCM or Unity, because WINS has worked before?
