Dear all
we have our access to pstn via Ericcson pbx(MD110)
our callers want hear pstn dial tone after pressing 9.
right now they can access pstn but without hearing pstn dail tone
please let me any hint or idea.

couple things.
How are you users aware that they are not hearing pstn tone?
how many users are there?
Usually the pbx needs to collect the digits before sending. so short of doing a direct trunk select....
And if there are pris involved they cant be direct selected..

my topology is like this
pstn--pbx---router1--rotuer2---pbx--users
users are more than 20/
they dial 9 and after that call their destination on PSTN.
but they want to hear PSTN dial tone after pressing 9!

This depends on your call agent.
With CME:
nicmatth-sip(config-telephony)#secondary-dialtone ?
WORD dial digit string
On CUCM, you would enable the 'provide secondary dial tone' checkbox.
If using none of the above, you can disable direct-inward-dial on your POTS dial peer, and it will achieve a similar effect.
