When we press QRT it just saids feedback submitted. There is no menu that displays. when we run report it saids there is no data or invalid data.
There are a bunch of 1k files in QRT folder on each server.
Any ideas?

The menu only shows up in Extended mode. You have to enable Extended mode from thw Services Parameters page for Cisco Extended Functions. The best doc for describing how to setup QRT is the CallManager Features and Sevices Guide for 4.1(2):
