I have two phones in a remote site , connected by PLAR CONNECTION through Cisco routers . If I am in one room and I ear the another phone sound , Could I take the call by command *1 in my phone ?

Is possible to do that in the router , or is a PBX `s JOB ?

The feature you are looking for is Call Pickup and it is not something you would enable in the router, it would be a PBX feature so you need to see if your PBX supports this.
