"ccm-manager config" functionally.

Can someone explain or point me to a resource that outlines "in detail" what the ccm-manager config command does?

I know it "downloads an XML file" from the CM but specifically what is in the XML is a mystery to me.

ccm-manager does not stand by itsef, usually it is accompanied by another word such as mgcp or sccp. This allows you to configure the local router as voice Gateway and have Cisco CallManager master the GW (which is a slave). For example the follwoing commands:

ccm-manager mgcp

ccm-manager config server 172.16.240.124

ccm-manager config

would configure the GW as an MGCP GW where the above IP address is the TFTP server to download the configuration from.

Take a look at this document for som additinal ccm-manager commands:

Thanks for the reply.

I'm looking for information specific to what configuration information is provided by the XML downloaded.

dial-peers, MGCP package capabilities, etc.
