In order to implement this Pre-Paid calling service using the Cisco VoIP gateways, you need an application, not provided by Cisco, that tracks the user accounts, debits the accounts when the user places calls, and replies back via the IVR in the gateway telling the user how much time/money is left in the account. This system is responsible for rating the call (determining how much it costs per minute to make the call), applying any taxes, as well as keeping track of and updating all the pre-paid accounts.
Cisco has three partners who provide pre-paid applications. Mind CTI, Digiquant and Portal Software all provide pre-paid calling applications that are integrated with the Cisco IOS(TM) based gateways via the RADIUS interface. Their information used to be posted on the this site, but I see somehow the links have been removed - this would have been an oversight.

You should look at these three companies' products to determine which meets your needs. They are all designed for carrier operations, and if you have only one AS5300, you may find that none of them are economical for the scale of your operation.
