Good Day. I would like to ask if you already encountered the error below and what will be the resolution for this issue? We are encountering this error now while opening an arf file. Appreciate you help guys. Thank you so much.

Same problem and I've just installed Network Recording Player under Windows 10 and I get the above error on any .arf file I download from our internal webex recordings.

I also have this problem now. Please someone from Cisco respond. We need eyes on this issue affecting multiple users.
