Recovering from Disrupted Communication between CCM's

I seem to recall reading a document that recommended restarting Call Manager after an outage that disrupts intra cluster communications (particulary for Cluster over the WAN) presumably to synch up the SDL and SQL sessions but I can't find it now. I am imagining this? What are the effects of a WAN outage on CoW and what are the appropriate steps to take in an outage?

If the WAN link has been down for more that 10min the you will have to re-init the subscription or enen rebuild the subscription. YOu can uses DBLHelper for this or you can do it manually:
