reload Auto Attendant prompts in CME 4.2 without reload

does anyone know of a way i can reload the auto attendant prompts in cme 4.2 without having to reboot the router. I am thinking this has to be possible by reloading a command or 2, not rebooting the router.

so i tftp an .au file over to the router and override the current prompt but i still hear the old prompt until i reboot the router.

This is actually a bit of a problem.

IOS do a certain caching on audiofiles on flash so that I've never found a way to force reload. The command supposed to do that is "audio-prompt load " but it doesn't work or sometime it makes the audio totally garbled.
