Remove Associated device

I have a user that has all devices associated ( due to some IP services that need that user). I need to remove a device from that user.

I go to Device Association and it gives me 46 pages. I will have to check all pages one by one for that device. is this normal??

At the top of the device association page there is a device list filter which can be used to filter the output at the bottom of the page.

Try a filter like "Device Name" and "begins with" and enter the device name or the first part of the device name in the text box, and then click select devices. This should reduce the number of items displayed in the list...

That's my problem...

Even if i filter the devices it gives me all devices associated. That works for associating a device. It appears in the last page.

But it doesn't work removing the association.
