Renaminga a CallManager Server

Does anybody know if I can rename the Windows2000 and consequently the CCM server after install?

Or I have to rename the W2K Server, reinstall CCM and then restore from backup or it can be done on the fly?

You can not rename the ccm server at anytime. This is a Microsoft SQL 7.0 server limitation. If you do a backup you need to do a restore on a system with the same name. So to change the name you would need to use BAT or something like that to get all the information in there.
