How do I can fetch a report with the below details from the CUCM System.
1. No. of Calls Coming for Service Desk Hunt List
2. No. of Calls Received in 10 sec, 20 sec, 30 sec.
3. No. of Calls Abandoned
I have tried to see in CDR, but it need a lots of effort because I have to count again in manual
I have tried to see for abandon call in RTMT, but it seems not to so good
Any idea please ?
There is only basic flags in RTMT and CdR for native call queuing
Your best bet for robust reporting is third party product
