Resource IP ICD Stats not updating

When changing resource names in Call Manager the names on the Real-Time Resource IP ICD Stats does not change.

Hi,

For the Real Time Report issue this sounds like DDTS CSCed58672 - "Real-Time report does not update changes to User/Resource name" which is fixed in IPCC Express version 3.1(3).

You can check the same using the Bug Tool.

Hi,

Check out the DDTS CSCed58672 - "Real-Time report does not update changes to User/Resource name" which is fixed in IPCC Express version 3.1(3).

Problem Discription: When you change the first/last name for a user/resource in CCM, the "Resource

ICD Statistics" Real-Time report does not pick up this new name.

Conditions: CRS 3.1(2) To duplicate the problem, perform the following -

1) Build a user on CCM

2) Associate this user to an ICD device

3) Verify that this agent shows up in the ICD resource page on CRS

4) Log in the agent

5) Run the real-time report

6) Change the first and last name of the agent in CCM

7) Re-launch the report and you will see that the old name still shows up.
