Rightfax 9.4 available disk space for fax images running low

We have a client who is using Rightfax 9.4

they are now seeing the available disk space for fax images within

rightfax server statistics decreasing to 4%

We have purged the database for deleted faxes but this value does not seem to change.

Has anyone seen this issue?

What are they physical disk space statistics on the server?

What is the size of the image directory (separate files per image are stored at an average of 35Kb per file)?

How long/how many days do you typically store faxes?
