Ring back of transfered calls

When you transfer a call to another IP phone and nobody answers the transfered call, can you set CallManager up to call the phone that originated the transfer?

We're running 4.2

set 'service timestamp debug datetime msec' in global config on the router. debug ccapi inout, debug cch323 h245. Swicth off the XML traces by unticking 'Enable XML Formatted Output for 'Trace Analysis' thismake the traces in .txt format which is better to read. Can we check the Phones numbers being transfered to as well please. If you Call Manager is in a cluster, then please select the 'Apply to All Nodes' box on the traceconfiguration page.
