RIS Data Collector service

Hi,

I have the following error on Publisher when I look for a phone (I've about 1000 phones):

"The Cisco RIS Data Collector service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 7 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service. Event ID:7031"

My CallManager current version is 3.3(4). I want to upgrade to sr1, but I no more find it on the web.

Do you have any suggestion of the reason of the problem, or how to solve it?

The RIS Data Collector service keeps track of the status of your devices. Do you see any CPU or memory impact when it is running. Do the traces indicate any reason for this.
