route filter/pattern issue

hello all,

Im trying to use the 9.@ operator on my route patterns with route filters. I want to have a route pattern for 9724XXXXXXX with the route filter...i set the route filter for area-code==724...when i dial i get the annunciator...the DN im dialing from is phone with access to all calling...any ideas?

Shaun,

Router filters are great and very flexible to use, but i would recommend that you use specific route patterns, this helps helps in a better troubleshooting as well, as you dont have to keep track of what the route filter does in each route pattern.

Thats what i have been doing with customers...in my lab at home i wanted to switch over to TRY the route filters...

the filter i have sets local-area-code==724

when i dial 9724xxxxxxx i get annunciator...when i dial 91724xxxxxxx it goes through...

used number analyzer and it matches nothing for 9724xxxxxxx and matches my route filter for 91724xxxxxxx

Any idea why??
